Most couples have never been professionally photographed together, and the wedding day is a bad time to find out how that feels. An hour beforehand fixes it. You learn how he works, he learns how you two actually are with each other, and by the wedding nobody is stiff. This is also for couples who need save the dates, and for anyone who wants to meet their photographer properly before handing him the biggest day of the year.

The finishing touches
Engagement session. An hour or two before the wedding, somewhere that means something to you. For couples who want save the date images, and who would rather not have their wedding day be the first time they are photographed together.
Drone and aerial. Venue, grounds and the send-off from above. For outdoor venues, ranches, desert ceremonies and anywhere the setting is part of why you chose it.
Second shooter. A second camera for the day. For larger weddings, and for couples who want both getting ready suites covered at once.
Rehearsal dinner and welcome party. Coverage of the night before. For destination weddings and multi day celebrations where half the good stuff happens before the ceremony.
Day after session. Back in the dress, somewhere with no timeline and no schedule. For couples who want unhurried portraits without losing an hour of their reception.
